After more than 12 months of full and partial shutdowns and a year-long postponement of the 2021 festival, I'm now especially honored to be the opening artist of the Wilmington NC Jazz Festival. I'm truly looking forward to it. Presenting to new audiences in new venues is especially good fun. What an adventurous and hopeful way to start off a new year and a "new normal."
