This special event caps Black History Month beginning with author Brianna Thomas' presentation of her book "Black Broadway: The Golden Era of U Street", a book signing, dinner, and entertainment. I'm on the program with the thrilling task of celebrating some of the "greats", like Nat Cole, Cab Calloway and others, that graced U Street stages and venues. And the wonderful Roz White will pay tribute to extraordinary entertainer and personality Pearl Bailey.
