Newmyer Flyer Presents a very special edition of the popular annual Beatles Love Songs show February 10th when the show will include a Tribute To George Harrison along with plenty of Lennon-McCartney love songs. We’ll be celebrating Georges’ 80th birthday in February by performing some of his classic songs including; Something, I Need You,Here Comes The Sun, Don’t Bother Me, You Like Me Too Much, If I Needed Someone, and more. Performances By; Cal Everett, Tom Lofgren, Gary Smallwood, Johnny Spampinato & The Value Leaders, Kipyn Martin, Steve Washington, Jenny Langer, Jonathan Sloane, Justin Trawick, Edward O’Connell, Dave Egelhofer, Chuck Sullivan, Ronnie Smith, Brian Goddard, Buddy Griffin, & Ronnie Newmyer!

What’s better than love and The Beatles? Put them together and you have a dream date for Valentine's week. Now in its 11th year The Beatles Love Songs features a wide array of D.C.’s most exciting vocal talents as they take on fab four’s epic catalogue of songs celebrating love in its many splendors and guises. With new performers and songs keeping it fresh each year, this show will remind you why The Beatles colossal impact on popular music endures a half a century later. Newmyer Flyer is the 2nd production company led by BandHouse Gigs co-founderRon Newmyer. Steve Washington presents an evening of romantic jazz in the Tabard Inn's cozy, old-world parlor accompanied by the gentle crackle and glow of the fireplace and two of the DMV's finest musicians, Donato Soviero (acoustic guitar) and David Jernigan (upright acoustic bass).

Along the way, a nod to Johnny Mathis' critically acclaimed "Open Fire, Two Guitars" album (1959), as we present a couple of gems from that masterpiece.
